- A number of web pages are based on document files. The web pages can in certain cases contain lists that are not identified as lists in the code [WCAG 1.3.1 (A)].
- There are a number of PDF documents and Word documents that are not correctly registered (tagged) to enable them to work with reading aids.
- Some pages lack descriptive headings [WCAG 2.4.6 (AA)].
- There are texts in headings that are not coded as headings [WCAG 3.2.4 (A)].
- There are a small number of validation errors in the website's code. The errors are not serious enough to affect the use of the website to any great extent [WCAG 4.1.1 (A)].
Problems for those with impaired vision
- On a small number of pages, there are elements that do not have sufficient contrast. [WCAG 1.4.1 (A), WCAG 1.4.3 (AA)]
- There are some pages that lack descriptive headings [WCAG 2.4.6 (AA)].

Deficiencies connected to certain video pages:
- Videos in the Riksdag webcast archive from public meetings and seminars from the Riksdag committees and the Committee on EU Affairs, press conferences and events have no subtitles. [WCAG 1.2.2 (A)]
Problems for those with cognitive impairments
- There are some pages that lack descriptive headings [WCAG 2.4.6 (AA)].
- There are texts in headings that are not coded as headings [WCAG 1.3.2 (A), 3.2.4 (A)].
How we have tested the website
We have made our own assessment (internal testing) of riksdagen.se. We have also had external experts scrutinise the website. We also ask the experts whenever we are uncertain about anything.
